What does the free trial include?

The free trial gives you 7 consecutive days of training at Stance Jiu Jitsu Academy in Woolwich. You can attend as many classes as you like during that period across adult, kids or women-only programmes.

What should I bring to my first BJJ class?

Just bring a t-shirt, shorts or leggings, and a water bottle. We provide everything else. No gi or special equipment needed for your first session.

Is the free trial available for kids too?

Yes. We offer free trial classes for all our kids programmes — ages 4–6, 7–11, and 11–15. Simply choose the right age group when booking.
